减肥日记 (14)

今天是我减肥的第17天!

早上吃了炒米粉!
好像很油!
结果下午吃了一点就吃不下了!

晚上和同事去打羽毛球!
我的运动细胞太差了!
要多运动了!
在和一杯西瓜汁!

目标:50KG
之前:80KG
现在:73KG

要继续努力!

p/s: 要买电子体重器!不然不知道正确的数目!谁能帮我?

  1. Dear..,i dunno what make you feel so much so to keep fit. I believe it really takes you a lot of courage to do that. but believe me,u won't want to sacrifice your health for it. Eating those pills will bring you side effect.feeling dizzy n vomit after eating a normal meal aren't normal at all. You have beautiful features. Have more confident in yourself. Confident are the thing that make a women shine. Hope that you have a healthy slimming progress,k? haha..
